450ml 4 cavity mould we are making in D2 & D3 material in cavities. mould with all inhouse made grounded & honned cylinders. Cutting plate made of pre hardened material for better life. additional support to cutting plates by all grinded shafts. brass made ball cages & extra support to pressure pad for long life.Plastic moulds we are making in P20 grade mould steel. we make in multiple cavities 8/12/24/36 cavity.

moulds are suitable for pp, hips, gpps grade plastic.
all moulds are have high gloss diamond finish. we use multiple techniques & softwares to develop the moulds.
